Real Estate Education

1. You must of a US Citizen or permanent resident.
2. Be at least 19 years old.
3. Have a least a high school diploma or the equivalent.
4. You must not have been convicted of a felony.
5. You should not have a real estate license application revoked in the last 2 years.
6. Complete 60 hours of approved Pre-Licensing education. 
7. Pass the course final exam. 
8. Pass the Alabama Real Estate Salesperson Exam, within 12 months of completing your 60 hour pre-licensing class.
9. Select a sponsoring broker to obtain your Temporary sales person license.
10. Complete Post-Licensing education, within 6 months of receiving your Temporary sales person license to recieve your Original Sales person license

The cost of attending Tennessee Valley School of Real Estate varies depending on the course and location. Our pre-licensing course starts at $450.

We offer flexible class schedules to accommodate our students' needs. Classes are offered on weekends and evenings.

Students must be at least 19 years old to enroll in our courses.
